What is BunnyHire?

BunnyHire is a job application service. It finds jobs that fit your résumé, tailors your résumé to each one, writes the cover letter and fills in the employer's application form when you swipe right on a job. You choose what gets sent.

Does BunnyHire really apply for me?

Yes. When you swipe right, BunnyHire tailors your résumé, writes the cover letter and fills in the employer's form. Your auto-apply dial decides whether it is submitted straight away or held for your approval.

Will BunnyHire make things up on my résumé?

No. Each line of a tailored résumé is checked against the résumé you uploaded, and a line that adds a number, a tool or a claim you did not make goes back to your own wording. If a draft cannot be verified, your original résumé is sent.

How much does BunnyHire cost?

Your first 5 applications are free and need no card. After that, plans are Starter at $20 a month (25 applications a day), Pro at $40 a month (50 applications a day), Enterprise at $75 a month (75 applications a day). You can cancel at any time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 5 free applications, with no card needed. An application that fails or that you decline gives its free slot back. The trial deck is 15 jobs, and there is one trial per person.

Which job sites does BunnyHire apply on?

BunnyHire applies on employers' own application systems, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and Workday. A posting that is only on a job board such as LinkedIn or Indeed needs your own account there, so BunnyHire hands it back to you to finish.

Do I need the BunnyHire browser extension?

Not for most applications. Some employer sites, such as Workday and SmartRecruiters, turn automated browsers away or need you to sign in. The extension finishes those in your own Chrome. Phones cannot run browser extensions, so those applications finish the next time Chrome is open on your computer.

Does BunnyHire see or store my passwords?

No. BunnyHire never types, stores or sees your passwords, and the extension never presses Sign In or Create Account. At a sign-in screen it fills in your email address and waits. If you saved a password before, your browser's own password manager fills it in.

What is the auto-apply dial?

A setting from 0 to 10 on your profile. At 10, every job you swipe right on is sent. At 0, every swipe waits for your approval. In between, strong matches are sent and weaker ones wait. It never changes unless you move it.

Can I undo a swipe?

Yes. For 5 seconds after each swipe, an Undo bar shows at the top of your feed, and nothing is sent until it runs out.

How does BunnyHire decide which jobs to show me?

It shows jobs that are the kind of work your target titles describe, at a level near yours, that require skills you work in. Your location, salary, remote and visa sponsorship settings narrow the list further. Each job shows a match percentage, and about half of it is skills.

How many applications can I send a day?

25 on Starter, 50 on Pro, 75 on Enterprise. The limit resets at midnight UTC, and skipping a job does not count toward it.

Does BunnyHire answer demographic questions on application forms?

Voluntary questions about gender, race, veteran and disability status are declined by default, and BunnyHire never guesses them. You can choose to leave them for yourself, or tell BunnyHire your answers once so it uses exactly those.

What if a form cannot be completed automatically?

Some employer sites sit behind a sign-in, send a one-time code, or turn away automated browsers. Those applications are flagged with the reason, and you can finish them with the BunnyHire browser extension or on the company's own page.

Are scam job postings filtered out?

Yes. Postings that look fraudulent are removed before they reach your feed, for example pay far above the market for the level, no company website that can be verified, or company details missing from the posting.

Does BunnyHire sell my data?

No. BunnyHire does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Your data goes to the employers you apply to and to the service providers that run the product, and nowhere else.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
